President
Ray Victurine is a natural resource economist with over 30 years of experience working on conservation, conservation finance, and sustainable development across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He worked for over 20 years with the Wildlife Conservation Society where he served as Director of the Business and Conservation Program focusing on policy issues and private sector financing opportunities for conserving nature. Ray also directed the WCS Conservation Finance Program, contributing to the design of sustainable financing mechanisms for protected areas and biodiversity programs, exploring the linkages between economic development and conservation. Ray is one of the founders of the Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network. Ray holds advanced training in natural resource economics and conservation biology and has collaborated extensively with governments, NGOs, and local communities on conservation finance and policy initiatives. Ray enjoys hiking and biking as well as playing ice hockey in the winter.

Loki Osborn
Loki Osborn, PhD is a wildlife biologist and conservation specialist with more than three decades of experience studying and addressing human–wildlife conflict, particularly with elephants across Africa and Asia. He is the Executive Director of Connected Conservation, an organization dedicated to designing and implementing community-based conflict mitigation solutions that promote coexistence between people and wildlife. Loki’s research and practice focus on practical, science-informed techniques that reduce crop raiding, support rural livelihoods, and foster sustainable natural resource management. He holds a PhD in Zoology from the University of Cambridge and has served in leadership roles within global conservation networks, including chairing the Human-Elephant Conflict Taskforce of the IUCN African Elephant Specialist Group. Loki’s work blends rigorous ecological understanding with community engagement to advance lasting conservation outcomes.
Steven DuPuis is an entrepreneurial design and innovation leader with more than 25 years of experience building strategic brand, innovation, and ventures practices. He is the Founder and President of The DuPuis Group, an international strategic design firm that works with organizations across the U.S. and Europe to drive innovation, branding, and growth through design-led thinking and collaboration. Steven is a recognized contributor to design and business communities, having authored and co-authored publications on packaging and design strategy and served as a Adjunct Professor at the Kellogg School of Management. Steven brings entrepreneurial leadership, design excellence, and a commitment to purposeful innovation to his board service.

Jennifer Keegan is a retail strategist, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with deep experience at the intersection of sustainable business and community impact. She has worked as a retail industry expert, entrepreneur, investor, and consultant, helping brands and organizations grow through customer-centric strategy, business development, and purpose-driven retail innovation. Jennifer has also been active in the conservation and community enterprise space, applying her commercial background to support mission-aligned initiatives and partnerships that strengthen sustainable economic models. She brings to the Board a blend of strategic insight, cross-sector leadership, and hands-on experience in building companies and programs that deliver both business results and broader social value.
Jennifer Keegan

Vice President
Ann Koontz is a seasoned international development leader with decades of experience in sustainable livelihoods, nonprofit leadership, and global program strategy. She currently serves as Senior Advisor at Relief International, having also held roles as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Technical Assistance & Economic Opportunity at the organization. Over her career, Ann has led health, education, land rights, and economic development initiatives in more than 40 countries, working with governments, NGOs, and community partners to support sustainable development outcomes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from The George Washington University, and has expertise in program management, capacity building, partnerships, and strategic planning.
Ann Koontz

Mike Korchinsky is a conservation entrepreneur and pioneer in forest carbon finance with more than 25 years of global experience designing and implementing sustainable economic alternatives to deforestation and wildlife loss. He is the Founder and President of Wildlife Works, a mission-driven organization that develops community-centered conservation projects financed through REDD+ (Reduced Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation) carbon credits. Prior to founding Wildlife Works, Mike co-founded and led Axiom Management Consulting, guiding the company through rapid growth and successful acquisition. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from Birmingham University, England, and brings deep experience at the intersection of business strategy, conservation finance, and community empowerment to his board service.
Mike Korchinsky

David Bell is a financial services and fintech executive with more than two decades of experience advancing retirement, education, and disability savings solutions. He currently serves as Vice President at Vestwell, where he leads partnerships with state agencies and program sponsors to modernize 529 and ABLE savings programs through technology-enabled platforms. David has extensive expertise in defined contribution plans, public-private partnerships, and large-scale program implementation, with a focus on expanding access to long-term savings for families and underserved communities. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and advisory roles across nonprofit, higher education, and community-based financial initiatives, and has served as an adjunct professor. David brings a strong blend of policy insight, operational leadership, and mission-driven strategy to his board service.

Tim Kunin is a seasoned social impact and digital commerce leader with more than two decades of experience in nonprofit innovation, online fundraising, and mission-driven enterprise. He is the **CEO & Co-Founder of GreaterGood.com and CEO of CharityUSA.com, where he leads strategy and operations for one of the largest online charitable ecosystems. Through his work, Tim has expanded digital giving, e-commerce fundraising, and community engagement initiatives that support hundreds of nonprofit partners and millions of donors worldwide. His expertise spans organizational leadership, social entrepreneurship, and technology-enabled philanthropy. Tim holds a degree in economics from Carnegie Mellon University and brings entrepreneurial vision and a commitment to purpose-driven impact to his board service.
